I have worked with Nick, Robert, Ken, and most recently Andrew. Xtech is the best company I've ever worked with--honest, reliable, and fast. I totally trust them as we have worked together for around 7 years. Most recently, Andrew came to my home during Covid 19 season and was fantastic to help me with some much-needed upgrades for teaching online. He is worth his weight in gold!! Earlier last year, I had an emergency with my laptop, and Ken turned the work around with lightening speed. He saved me hundreds of dollars and I am so grateful. As long as they keep this up, I'll never go anywhere else!

Had computer problems, and took my pc to get repaired. I was given a written estimate, and was able to pick the staffs brain for information on how to store and backup my storage so I wouldn’t lose it if my computer crashed beyond repair.

Their prices are fair, and they offer many other subscription services, like antivirus repair, protection, cloud storage and more.

It was great they were local in Orangevale, and were such a great resource.

Will recommend them to others definitely.

These guys are great. Brought in a home build because I didn't feel comfortable connecting all the power up and they finished the job. Had booting problems when I got home and brought it back. Found out that I had a bad memory stick and diagnosed it for free! I would highly recommend XTech Support to anyone that needs help. They are super friendly and professional and most of all very honest!
